The terrible communication from this dealer astounds me. I posted a negative review on February 17th, 2018 because of problems I have encountered with this dealership since purchasing new 2014 Kia Soul. Bill Walsh Jr. responded with text on Feb 21st that he or his Service Director would look into these problems and get in touch with me. That was 6 weeks ago and no one has gotten in touch with me yet! This dealership has basically been ignoring my complaints for 9 months now. We have been considering getting a new car and my wife submitted information on line regarding what she was interested in purchasing. We received a call from Bill Walsh dealership every day for over a week. I guess when it comes to making a sale getting back to someone means immediately, but when it comes to solving a complaint getting back to someone means if we ignore you long enough maybe you will go away!
